Transformations is an eight-week, all-encompassing fitness and nutrition program. The program is designed to develop “lifelong sustainable results” with tailored nutrition, workouts and fitness tracking for each participant. Transformations takes participants through four workouts per week over eight weeks. Each workout is in small groups of no more than six people. Participants may attend any one of six time slots per day, six days per week to complete their four workouts. Trainers will assess the progress of their clients with three strength and endurance tests and three full body assessments including measurements and body fat analysis.
